德州市笃马河下游调蓄水工程建设探析

摘　　要：德州市笃马河下游段部分支流多年未治理,已出现严重淤积,影响附近村庄排涝和灌溉,且附近坑塘大多已失去原有的调蓄水作用,部分桥闸等建筑物已经出现老化,严重制约当地工农业的发展,为此进行综合治理。Some tributaries of the lower reaches of Duma River in Dezhou Municipality have not been treated for many years.Accordingly,the serious siltation affects the drainage and irrigation of nearby villages,and most of the pits and ponds have lost the original function of water storage.Furthermore,some of the buildings such as bridges and locks have been aging,which seriously restricts the development of local industry and agriculture.So,comprehensive treatment was carried out.
