摘　　要：分析了小清河东营市境内运行管理现状,复航高水位对河道工程运行管理产生的短板及薄弱环节,为助推小清河建设成为绿色长廊、黄金水道,提出了有针对性的对策建议。This paper analyzes the current situation of operation and management of Xiaoqing River in Dongying Municipality,and the shortcomings and weak links of the operation and management of the river project caused by the high water level of the re-navigation,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of Xiaoqing River into a green corridor and a golden waterway.
