摘　　要：水利部于1997年制定《水利基本建设项目档案资料管理规定》,后经多次修订。现阶段,水利工程档案管理工作与工程建设实现同部署、同检查、同考核。但因我国大部分水库等水利工程建设于20世纪六七十年代,这些水利工程建设项目档案包含丰富的原始数据及其衍生数据,因条件所限,一直未得到规范管理和利用,流失、损毁问题严重。本文立足老旧水利工程建设项目档案资料管理、数据利用现状,分析问题根源,提出措施建议。In 1997,the Ministry of Water Resources(MWR)formulated the"Regulations on the Management of Archival Materials for Water Infrastructure Projects",which has been revised several times.At present,it achieved the parallel implementation for both water project archives management and project construction on deployment,inspection and assessment at the same time.However,most of China's water projects such as reservoirs were built in the 1960s and 1970s,and the archives of these projects contain rich original and derived data,but due to the limitations of maintain conditions,these archives were in low standardized management and utilization,which resulted in the problem of loss and damage.Based on the current situation of archival data management and utilization of old water project archives,this paper analyzes the root causes of problems and puts forward measures and suggestions.
