摘　　要：降水及地表径流的时空差异性是影响胶东半岛县域水资源利用的重要因素。为高效调节降水利用率,缓解区域水资源供需矛盾,通过增容工程提升水库蓄水能力成为解决问题的重要途径,过程中如何统筹水土保持与环境保护工作协同推进是水库增容建设的重点任务。本文以龙口市王屋水库增容工程建设为例,分析县域水库增容建设过程中水土保持与环境保护协同推进方案,为行业决策提供个案参考。Spatial-temporal differences of precipitation and surface runoff are important factors affecting water resources utilization in Jiaodong Peninsula.In order to efficiently adjust the utilization rate of precipitation and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of regional water resources,improving the storage capacity of reservoirs through capacity increase projects has become an important way to solve such problems.In the process,how to coordinate the soil and water conservation and environmental protection is the key task of reservoir capacity increase construction.Taking Wangwu Reservoir capacity expansion project in Longkou City as an example,this paper analyzes the collaborative promotion plan of soil and water conservation and environmental protection in the process of over-counties reservoir capacity expansion construction,and provides a case reference for decision-making in this field.
