摘　　要：儿童过敏性紫癜的证候演变规律与络病的病机变化特点相吻合,且与心、肝、脾、肺、肾五脏的特性密不可分。近年来,脏络理论逐渐发展、完善,在本病中的独特优势愈发凸显,但系统论述尚缺乏。故从“五脏络”理论出发,查阅有关过敏性紫癜与五脏络关系的论述及文献,探讨本病发生发展规律及辨证论治方法,为其机制研究开拓新的思路,为其临床诊治提供理论依据及方法。The evolution of children’s henoch-schonlein purpura coincides with the characteristics of pathogenesis changes in collateral disease,which is easy to enter and difficult to leave,and the characteristics of the heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney.In recent years,the theory of the five zang organs collaterals has gradually developed and improved,and its unique advantages in this disease have become more prominent,but the systematic discussion is still lacking.Therefore,starting from the theory of the five zang organs collaterals,consult the discussion on the relationship between henoch-schonlein purpura and five zang organs collaterals and related literature,discuss the law of the disease and the treatment method of syndrome differentiation,open up new ideas for mechanism research,and provide theoretical basis and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
