脊痛消胶囊联合针刺环跳穴对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰腿痛和功能障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究脊痛消胶囊联合针刺环跳穴对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者腰腿痛和功能障碍的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将116例LDH患者分为常规组、联合组,每组各58例。常规组接受常规治疗,联合组接受脊痛消胶囊联合针刺环跳穴治疗;治疗后,比较两组患者临床疗效、腰腿疼痛程度、功能障碍以及炎症因子水平。结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,联合组临床总有效率、JOA评分更高,联合组腰腿疼痛分级指数、视觉模拟疼痛量表、现时疼痛强度评分、ODI评分、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平更低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:脊痛消胶囊联合针刺环跳穴治疗LDH患者临床疗效显著,能有效减轻患者腰腿疼痛,改善患者腰椎功能障碍,减轻炎症反应。Objective:To explore the effect of Jitongxiao capsule combined with acupuncture at Huantiao on low-back and leg pain and functional impairment in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:116 LDH patients were divided into routine group and combined group with 58 cases in each group by random number table.The conventional group was given conventional treatment,and the combination group was treated with Jitongxiao capsule combined with acupuncture at Huantiao.Clinical efficacy,degree of low-back and leg pain,functional impairment,and inflammatory factor were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate and JOA score in the combined group were higher,and the levels of lumbar and leg pain grading index,visual simulated pain scale,present pain intensity score,ODI score,interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the combined group were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Jitongxiao capsule combined with acupuncture at Huantiao is effective in the treatment of patients with LDH,which can effectively alleviate low-back and leg pain,improve lumbar dysfunction,and relieve inflammatory response.
