摘 要:本文通过BIM技术建立基坑支护及后浇带提前换撑拆除内支撑的模型,用动画模拟提前换撑拆除内支撑施工的流程和工字钢的安装位置。经设计单位复核后实施,实现提前换撑,并提早采用切割法拆除内支撑,设计优化了一种由支撑板、钢片组、型钢组成的后浇带可拆卸可调节快撑装置,简化了传统独立钢管支撑安装、拆除工艺。提早采用切割法拆除内支撑,实现提前换撑,加快施工进度、节约资源和成本,对此技术的研究是BIM技术在建筑工程安全管理中的新方向。This article uses BIM technology to establish a model of foundation pit support and pre replacement of internal support for post pouring strip.The construction process of pre replacement of internal support and the installation position of I-beams are simulated through animation.After review by the design unit,the model isimplementedto achieve pre replacement of support and early removal of internal support using cutting method.A post pouring strip detachable and adjustable quick support device composed of support plate,steel plate group,and section steel is designed and optimized,Simplifying the traditional installation and removal process of independent steel pipe supports,adopting the cutting method to remove internal supports in advance,achieving early replacement of supports,accelerating construction progress,saving resources and costs.The research on thistechnologyis a new direction of BIM technologyin construction project safety management.
