摘 要:随着城市轨道交通技术的发展,部分建筑工程基坑开挖涉及到过河涌、河流等,为保护基坑开挖不受影响,因此需在基坑周边设置一道围堰防止河水入侵,钢板桩围堰已经成为较多涉水基坑开挖的首选。但是,采用传统的土围堰或者单排钢板桩围堰进行导流围堰施工,土方在采集和运输中容易造成开挖地的水土流失和扬尘污染,而且围堰的稳定性不高。本文以广州市轨道交通十一号线赤沙车辆段出入段线工程为依托,通过分析国内外常规做法,对导流围堰的施工工艺进行改进创新,研发出单元格拼装式双排钢板桩导流围堰技术,并对围堰的稳定性、可操作性及环保性等各项性能进行创新,最终形成了一整套实用可行的施工工艺。实践结果表明,用本技术进行施工可以从河道两侧同时向中部进行施工,施工速度快,相比于传统的搭设栈桥打入钢板桩的方法,节约4座36b的工字钢栈桥的搭设费用,材料方面共计节约了38.4万元,工期方面可以节约12天,最大程度地减少了围堰内填土对河流内水的污染,优化了围堰的防浪、抗渗等各项性能,可为其他类似工程提供参考借鉴。With the development of urban rail transittechnology,some construction projects involve excavation of foundation pits that cross rivers and streams.In order to protect the excavation of foundation pits from being affected,it is necessary to set up a cofferdam around the foundation pit to prevent river water intrusion.Steel sheet pile cofferdam has become the preferred choice for many water related foundation pit excavations.However,using traditional soil cofferdam or single row steel sheet pile cofferdam for diversion cofferdam construction can easily cause soil erosion and dust pollution in the excavation site during soil collection and transportation,and the stability of the cofferdam is not high.This article is based on the entry and exit line project of Chisha Rolling Stock Depot on Guangzhou Metro Line 11.By analyzing common practices at home and abroad,the construction technology of diversion cofferdams is improved and innovated.The technology of cell assembled double row steel sheet pile diversion cofferdams is developed,and the stability,operability,and environmental protection of the cofferdams are innovated,ultimately forming a set of practical and feasible construction processes.The practical results show that this technology can be used for construction from both sides of the river to the middle at the same time,with a fast construction speed.Compared with the traditional method of erecting piers and driving steel sheet piles,it saves the construction cost of four 36b I-shaped steel piers.In terms of materials,a total of 384000 yuan is saved,and the construction period can be saved by 12 days.It minimizes the pollution of water in the river caused by filling in the cofferdam,optimizes the performance of the cofferdam in terms of wave resistance,impermeability,and other aspects,and can provide reference and experience for other similar projects.
