摘 要:近年来,大断面矩形顶管技术在城市地下工程建设中备受关注,因其相较传统圆管顶管具有显著优势。本研究旨在探究在广州市轨道交通三号线东延段番禺客运站A、B号出入口工程中,覆盖层浅、地质条件差、管线间距小等复杂情况下,大断面矩形顶管施工所面临的挑战,并提出针对性的施工技术措施。通过综合考虑工程实际情况,本研究有效保障了工程进度,控制了地表沉降。本文量化分析了施工技术措施对地表沉降的影响,结果显示采用针对性的施工技术措施可将地表沉降控制在每平方米0.5毫米以内。通过应用先进的测量技术,在施工过程中对地表沉降进行了实时监测,并严格按照提前设定的阈值进行调控和管理,确保地表沉降控制在安全范围内。此外,还运用了优化的土体加固方法,有效减少了地表沉降对周边环境的影响。本研究的成果为类似工程提供了有益的实践经验和技术参考,有助于推动相关研究工作和工程应用的进一步发展,为城市地下工程建设提供了重要的指导和借鉴。In recent years,the large-section rectangular top-tube technology has attracted considerable attention in urban underground engineering construction due to its significant advantages over traditional round top-tubes.This study aims to explore the challenges faced by the construction of large-section rectangular top-tubes in theA and B entrances and exits of Panyu Passenger Station in the eastern extension of GuangzhouMetro Line 3 under complex conditions such as shallow cover,poor geological conditions,and small pipe spacing,and propose targeted construction techniques.By comprehensively considering the actual engineering conditions,this study effectively ensured the progress of the project and controlled surface subsidence.This paper quantitatively analyzed the impact of construction techniques on surface subsidence,and the results showed that the use of targeted construction techniques could control surface subsidence to within 0.5 millimeters per square meter.By applying advanced measurement techniques,we conducted real-time monitoring of surface subsidence during the construction process and strictly controlled and managed it according to pre-set thresholds,ensuring that surface subsidence was controlled within a safe range.Moreover,we also employed optimized soil reinforcement methods,effectively reducing the impact of surface subsidence on the surrounding environment.The achievements of this study provide valuable practical experience and technical references for similar projects,which will help promote the further development of related research and engineering applications and provideimportant guidance and reference for urban underground engineering construction.
