摘　　要：以陈家祠中进及后进灰塑保养维护工程项目为例,对岭南传统灰塑工艺进行总结研究。通过改良灰塑灰料的配方,在石灰浆中加入了干稻草、玉扣纸等材料,防止灰塑的冷缩热涨、增强灰塑的韧性,使灰塑实现吸潮、防水、吸湿、杀菌、防霉、净化空气等功能,有效解决了传统灰塑容易褪色损坏,表面剥裂速率快等缺点。改良技术造价低廉,施工简便,制作要求相对较低,对岭南古建筑传统灰塑工艺的继承与发展具有很高的实用价值和推广意义。Through the engineering examples of the maintenance and upkeep project of the Chen FamilyAncestral Hall,this paper summarizes and studies the traditional gray plastic process in Lingnan.By improving the formula of the gray plastic material,dry rice straw,jade buckle paper and other materials are added to the lime slurry to prevent the cold shrinkage and heat expansion of the gray plastic,enhance the toughness of the gray plastic,and enable it to achieve functions such as moisture absorption,waterproofing,moisture absorption,sterilization,mold prevention,and air purification.It effectively solves the shortcomings of traditional gray plastic,such as easy fading and damage,fast surface peeling rate,and low cost,simple construction,and relatively low production requirements.The inheritance and development of traditional gray plastic craftsmanship in Lingnan ancient architecture have high practical value and promotional significance.
