摘 要:为了解决某大型住宅建设项目中存在项目布置塔吊多、施工方案难度高、机电管线繁杂交错、材料统计难度大、各参建单位多、工期紧张等问题,本文采取BIM技术,对项目群塔吊进行布置,协调10个塔吊运行验证布置合理性;对悬挑支模架体进行三维模拟,实现施工方案可视化技术交底;对机电管线进行综合布置,合理排版机电管线净高间距;对机电管线和结构进行碰撞检查,共发现300多个碰撞点并根据碰撞结果调整管线位置;对机电管线材料数量进行统计,汇总材料需求量;对施工进度进行管控,优化各参建单位施工部署。结果表明,采取BIM技术有助于项目施工与管理,提高了施工效率,缩短了工期,实现了项目精细化施工。研究成果对类似BIM技术进行施工管理提供借鉴。In order to solve the problems of a large-scale residential construction project,such as many tower cranes,high difficulty of construction plan,complicated and staggered electromechanical pipelines,great difficulty of material statistics,many participating units,and tight schedule,this paper adopts BIM technology,arranges tower cranes of the project group,and coordinates the operation of 10 tower cranes to verify the reasonableness of the arrangement;conducts 3D simulation for the overhanging supporting frame,and realizes the visualization of construction plan and technical briefing;Comprehensive arrangement of electromechanical pipelines,reasonable layout of electromechanical pipelines net height spacing;collision check of electromechanical pipelines and structure,found more than 300 collision points and adjusted the position of pipelines according to the collision results;the number of materials of electromechanical pipelines is counted and the material demand is summarized;the construction progress is controlled and optimized for the deployment of each participant in the construction unit.The results show that the adoption of BIM technology helps project construction and management,improves construction efficiency,shortens the construction period,and realizes the project refinement construction.The research results provide reference for similar BIM technology for construction management.
