摘　　要：目的分析对肺结核患者实施综合护理干预的价值。方法对2023年5—10月我院收治肺结核患者(108例)的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据护理方案差异对入选者进行分组,即对照组(常规护理)和研究组(在常规护理基础上实施综合护理),各为54例,评价负性情绪、生活质量、治疗依从性和健康知识掌握情况。结果护理干预后,两组患者对肺结核健康知识掌握度及依从性较护理前提高(P<0.05),且研究组患者提高程度高于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后,研究组患者生活质量(身体功能、社会功能、心理功能和物质生活)各项得分以及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后,两组负性情绪均得到明显改善,且研究组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对肺结核患者实施综合护理可明显改善患者的生活质量及治疗依从性,同时对其负面情绪及健康知识掌握的改善有积极的促进作用。Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing intervention for pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 108 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to October 2023.According to the differences in nursing plans,the selected patients were divided into a control group(conventional nursing)and a study group(comprehensive nursing on the basis of conventional nursing),each consisting of 54 cases.Negative emotions,quality of life,treatment compliance,and mastery of health knowledge were evaluated.Results After nursing intervention,the patient's mastery and compliance with pulmonary tuberculosis health knowledge in the two groups were improved compared with those before nursing(P<0.05),and the degree of improvement in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing intervention,the scores and total scores of each dimension of quality of life(physical function,social function,psychological function and material life)in the study group patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After nursing intervention,both groups showed improvement in negative emotions,but the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the study group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group after nursing care(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing comprehensive care for pulmonary tuberculosis patients can significantly improve their quality of life and treatment compliance,while also having a positive promoting effect on their negative emotions and health knowledge mastery.It is worth further promotion.
