药学服务对提高慢性乙型肝炎患者用药依从性的临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究药学服务对提高慢性乙型肝炎患者用药依从性的作用。方法选择110例慢性乙型肝炎患者,这些患者在曲阜市妇幼保健院住院治疗的时间在2022年9月至2023年11月,全部患者使用随机数字表法分组,分为对照组55例,试验组55例。对照组使用常规药物进行干预,试验组使用药学服务进行干预。对两组患者药物知识掌握度评分、依从性、肝功能指标和不良反应进行比较。结果干预后,试验组药物知识掌握度评分高于对照组,用药依从性高于对照组,试验组患者天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平低于对照组(均P<0.05),试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性乙型肝炎患者实施药学服务可明显提升用药的依从性,增加患者对药物知识的掌握度。Objective To study the role of pharmaceutical care in improving medication compliance in chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic hepatitis B were hospitalized in Qufu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2022 to November 2023.All patients were grouped using random number table and divided 55 patients into control group and 55 test group.The control group used the intervention using conventional drugs,and the trial group used pharmaceutical care for the intervention.Drug knowledge mastery scores,compliance,liver function indicators and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the drug knowledge mastery score of the test group was higher than that of the control group,the medication adherence was higher than that of the control group,the indexes of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)of the patients in the test group were lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05),and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the test group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of pharmacy service for patients with chronic hepatitis B can significantly improve medication adherence and increase patients'knowledge of medication.
