摘　　要：目的分析责任制护理对于胆囊结石腹腔镜手术患者满意度的影响。方法选择2021年1月至2023年10月于我院接受胆囊结石腹腔镜手术的120例患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组实施责任制护理,分析两组在干预后的负面情绪、生命质量、术后恢复时间、疼痛程度、护理满意度等情况。结果干预后,观察组广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)、患者健康问卷-9(PHQ-9)评分均低于对照组,生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分高于对照组,术后首次下床时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间、肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组,视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论责任制护理能提升胆囊结石腹腔镜患者术后生命质量,改善负面情绪,减轻疼痛程度,患者对护理的满意度更高。Objective To analyse the effect of accountable care on the satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for gallbladder stones.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for gallbladder stones in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group implemented conventional nursing measures,and the observation group implemented accountable care,and the two groups were analysed for negative emotions,quality of life,postoperative recovery time,pain level,and nursing satisfaction after the intervention.Results After intervention,the generalized anxiety disorder 7-item scale(GAD-7)and the patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)scores were higher than those of the control group,postoperative first time out of bed,anal defecation time,hospitalisation time,and bowel sound recovery time were shorter than those of the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were lower than those of the control group,and nursing care satisfaction was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Accountable nursing can improve the quality of life of gallbladder stone laparoscopic patients after surgery,improve the negative emotions,reduce the degree of pain,and the patient's satisfaction with nursing is higher.
