生化项目血清和血浆检测结果一致性评价与分析

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在评估厦门弘爱医院医学检验中心部分生化项目在血清与血浆样本中检测结果的一致性。方法收集厦门弘爱医院2023年8—12月同时采集血清和血浆的患者样本540份,对同一患者使用不同采血管同时采集的样本进行血清和血浆结果一致性评估,共计评估生化指标27项(ALT、AST、ALP、GGT、TBIL、DBIL、TP、ALB、UA、Crea、Urea、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、GLU、Ca、PHOS、Mg、AMY、CK、CRP、APO-A1、APOB、Na^(+)、K^(+)、Cl^(-))的一致性。结果根据行业标准允许范围(1/2标准允许误差),本研究发现除了TP和K^(+)的血清和血浆结果一致性比对未通过外,其余25项指标结果均一致,总体一致率达到92.59%。结论对于通过一致性验证的指标,可以灵活选择血清或血浆样本进行检测。对于TP和K^(+)血清和血浆结果不一致的情况,则需进行进一步的实验室风险评估,并采取相应的风险控制措施,以降低潜在的风险影响。Objective This study aims to evaluate the consistency of test results between serum and plasma samples for certain biochemical projects at the Xiamen Hong'ai Hospital Medical Testing Center.Methods A total of 540 patient samples collected simultaneously as serum and plasma at Xiamen Humanity Hospital from August to December 2023,were analyzed.The consistency of results between serum and plasma samples collected using different blood collection tubes from the same patient was evaluated for 27 biochemical indicators(ALT,AST,ALP,GGT,TBIL,DBIL,TP,ALB,UA,Crea,Urea,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,GLU,Ca,PHOS,Mg,AMY,CK,CRP,APO-A1,APOB,Na^(+),K^(+),and Cl^(-)).Results According to industry standards for permissible error(1/2 allowable error),this study found that the consistency comparison of serum and plasma results for TP and K^(+)did not pass,whereas the results for the remaining 25 indicators were consistent.The overall consistency rate was 92.59%.Conclusions The results of this study indicate that for indicators that passed the consistency verification,either serum or plasma samples can be flexibly used for testing.For TP and K^(+),where serum and plasma results were inconsistent,further laboratory risk assessments and appropriate risk control measures are necessary to mitigate potential risks.
