自制冰敷袋联合医护一体化护理对扁桃体手术患者术后疼痛、并发症及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨扁桃体手术患者采用自制冰敷袋联合医护一体化护理对术后疼痛、并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年10月南平市第一医院收治的300例扁桃体手术患者,以随机数字表法分成干预组(自制冰敷袋联合医护一体化护理)与对照组(常规护理),每组150例,对两组临床指标、术后疼痛程度、情绪状态、并发症、生活质量、护理满意度进行比较。结果与对照组比较,干预组口腔内薄膜出现、创面愈合、疼痛消失及住院时间更短,干预组术后1 d、3 d、7 d的VAS评分更低,干预组SAS、SDS评分更低,干预组并发症发生率更低,干预组生活质量(SF-36评分)更高,干预组护理满意度更高(均P<0.05)。结论自制冰敷袋联合医护一体化护理应用于扁桃体手术患者中,能够加快康复进程,缓解术后疼痛,改善情绪状态,减少并发症发生,提高生活质量及护理满意度。Objective To explore the effects of self-made ice packs combined with integrated medical and nursing care on postoperative pain,complications,and quality of life in patients undergoing tonsil surgery.Methods A total of 300 patients undergoing tonsil surgery from June 2021 to October 2022 who were admitted in Nanping First Hospital were selected,and randomly divided into the intervention group(n=150)and the control group(n=150).The control group was used routine care,while the intervention group was used self-made ice packs combined with integrated medical and nursing care.Clinical indicators,postoperative pain level,emotional state,complications,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared in both groups.Results Compared with the control group,the intervention group had shorter intraoral film appearance,wound healing,pain disappearance,and hospitalization time,lower VAS scores at 1-day,3-day and 7-day postoperatively in the intervention group,lower SAS and SDS scores in the intervention group,lower complication rates in the intervention group,higher quality of life(SF-36 scores)in the intervention group,and higher satisfaction with nursing care in the intervention group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of self-made ice packs combined with integrated medical and nursing care in patients undergoing tonsil surgery can accelerate the recovery process,alleviate postoperative pain,improve emotional state,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
