思维导图结合童趣化护理在手足口病患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在手足口病患儿中采用思维导图联合童趣化护理对其并发症发生率和痊愈时间的影响。方法选取南平市建阳第一医院收治的102例手足口病患儿为研究对象,病例选取时间为2023年1—12月。依照不同的收治时间将观察对象分为两组:2023年1—6月收治的42例患儿纳入对照组,实施常规护理;2023年7—12月收治的60例患儿纳入观察组,实施思维导图结合童趣化护理。对比两组的患儿依从性、治疗康复时间、护理前后的家属疾病认知度及并发症发生率。结果观察组患儿依从性高于对照组、治疗康复时间(皮疹消失时间、痊愈时间、住院时间)短于对照组、家属疾病认知度(发病原因、治疗控制、日常护理评分)均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手足口病患儿中采用思维导图联合童趣化护理的效果较显著,不仅可以有效提高其依从性,缩短其治疗康复时间,还可以提升家属的疾病认知度,减少患儿并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of mind mapping combined with fun nursing on complication rate and recovery time in children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods The observation objects of this study were 102 children with HFMD treated in the First Hospital of Jianyang,Nanping City,from January 2023 to December 2023.The observation subjects were divided into two groups according to different admission time:42 children admitted from January 2023 to June 2023 were included in the control group,and routine nursing was implemented;Sixty children admitted from July 2023 to December 2023 were included in the observation group,and mind mapping combined with child-oriented nursing was implemented.The children's compliance,treatment and recovery time,family disease awareness and complication rate before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the children's compliance was higher than that of the control group,the time of treatment and recovery(time of rash disappearance,healing time,hospitalization time)was shorter than that of the control group,and the family's knowledge of the disease(cause of disease,treatment control,and daily nursing care scores)was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of mind mapping combined with fun nursing in children with HFMD is significant,which can not only effectively improve their compliance and shorten the time of treatment and rehabilitation,but also improve the disease awareness of family members and reduce the occurrence of complications in children.
