摘 要:目的分析对发热门诊治疗的发热患者实施基于人文关怀的护患沟通技巧联合健康教育干预的效果。方法纳入2022年1月至2024年1月到福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院发热门诊治疗的发热患者90例,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组(常规护理,45例)与试验组(基于人文关怀的护患沟通技巧联合健康教育干预,45例)。对比两组的发热知识知晓率、健康行为、心理状态、沟通能力、人文关怀体验度及治疗依从性。结果相较于对照组,试验组发热知识知晓率评分、HPLP-Ⅱ评分、治疗依从性更高;两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分较干预前下降,且试验组低于对照组;两组ACIS评分、HRES评分较干预前均升高,且试验组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于人文关怀的护患沟通技巧联合健康教育干预有利于提高发热门诊患者的发热知识知晓率与健康行为,增强沟通能力。Objective To analyze the effect of implementing humanistic care-based nurse-patient communication skills combined with health education interventions for febrile patients treated in a fever clinic.Methods A total of 90 subjects were included in this study,all of whom were fever patients who received treatment at the fever clinic in First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to January 2024.They were randomly divided into a control group(conventional nursing,n=45)and an experimental group(humanistic-based nurse-patient communication skills combined with a health education intervention,n=45)using a random number table method.Compare the awareness rate of fever knowledge,psychological state,health behavior,communication ability,humanistic care experience,and treatment compliance between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,fever knowledge awareness score,HPLP-Ⅱscore,and treatment adherence were higher in the experimental group;HAMA score and HAMD score decreased in both groups compared with the pre-intervention period,and were lower in the experimental group than in the control group;ACIS score and HRES score increased in both groups compared with the pre-intervention period,and were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Humanistic care-based nurse-patient communication skills combined with health education intervention is beneficial for improving the awareness and health behavior of fever patients in fever clinics,and enhancing communication skills.
