摘 要:目的探究扩散理论式护理联合系统健康教育对获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者疾病遵医行为及应对方式的影响。方法选取2021年7月至2022年6月上饶市第二人民医院收治的76例AIDS患者,按随机数字表法分为干预组与常规组各38例。常规组予以常规护理,干预组在其基础上予以扩散理论式护理联合系统健康教育。所有患者均连续干预3个月。比较两组患者干预前后遵医行为、应对方式[应对方式问卷(MCMQ)]、负性情绪[抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)]及生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)]评分的差异。结果干预后干预组遵医行为率、MCMQ合作、GQOLI-74评分高于常规组(均P<0.05);干预后干预组MCMQ回避、MCMQ屈服、DASS-21评分低于常规组(均P<0.05)。结论扩散理论式护理联合系统健康教育可明显提高AIDS患者的遵医行为,调整其应对方式,减轻负性情绪,并提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of diffusion theory nursing combined with systematic health education on medical compliance behaviors and coping styles of patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS).Methods Totally 76 patients with AIDS in Shangrao Second People's Hospital from 2021 July to 2022 June were selected and randomly divided into intervention group(n=38)and conventional group(n=38)by means of the random number table method.The conventional group was given conventional nursing while the intervention group was given diffusion theory nursing combined with systematic health education on the basis of conventional nursing.All patients received continuous intervention for 3 months.The differences in medical compliance behaviors,coping styles[medical coping mode questionnaire(MCMQ)],negative emotions[depression anxiety stress scale(DASS-21)]and quality of life[generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)]were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the rates of medical compliance behaviors,MCMQ/cooperation score and GQOLI-74 scores in intervention group were higher than those in conventional group(all P<0.05).The scores of MCMQ/avoidance and MCMQ/yielding and DASS-21 scores after intervention were lower in intervention group than those in conventional group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Diffusion theory nursing combined with systematic health education can significantly improve the medical compliance behaviors of patients with AIDS,adjust the coping styles,reduce the negative emotions,and enhance the quality of life of patients.
