摘 要:长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)广泛参与生物体内各种重要的生理过程。越来越多的证据表明,lncRNA对脓毒症的病理生理学和器官功能障碍具有关键的调节作用,主要通过参与炎症反应以及在各种信号通路中发挥效能。脓毒症是炎症反应引起的生理、病理和生化异常综合征。但目前脓毒症的发病机制还未完全了解,许多研究证明lncRNA与脓毒症关系密切。因此,现就部分lncRNA在脓毒症相关器官损伤中的作用及可能机制进行综述。Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are widely involved in various important physiological processes in vivo.More and more evidence has shown that lncRNAs play a key regulatory role in the pathophysiology and organ dysfunction of sepsis,mainly through participating in inflammatory response and exerting their efficacy in various signaling pathways.Sepsis is a syndrome of physiological,pathological and biochemical abnormalities caused by inflammation.However,the pathogenesis of sepsis is still not fully understood,and many studies have proved that lncRNA is closely related to sepsis.Therefore,this article reviews the roles and possible mechanisms of some lncRNAs in sepsis-related organ injury.
