摘 要:在燃油乘用车企业实施电动车战略的路径上,通常采用燃油车、电动车混线生产方式,从而提高资源利用效率,降低投资,缩短改造时间,降低运营成本。为了有效解决燃油车和电动车混线生产的三大技术难点——焊装车间主线车身定位底部夹具集成改造、涂装车间电泳雪橇车身定位以及总装车间吊架与推板的车身定位方案,文章分析了大众汽车集团MQB燃油车平台和MEB纯电动车平台的车身平台定位差异性和各自特点,提出了简单可靠的车身定位方案,可在焊装车间、涂装车间和总装车间实现燃油车和纯电动车的高效混线生产。该方案不仅显著降低了生产线改造投资,缩短了改造时间,而且提升了主线的设备开动率,降低了运行成本,还是绿色低碳的方案。In the process of implementing the electric vehicle strategy in the traditional car manufacturers,a common approach is to adopt a mixed production mode of both fuel vehicles and electric vehicles to improve resource utilization efficiency,reduce investment,shorten transformation time,and lower operating costs.The aim is to effectively solve the three major technical challenges of mixed production of fuel vehicles and electric vehicles—integration and modification of the underbody clamping fixture in Body Shop,body positioning of electrocoating skid in the Painting Shop,and body positioning of suspension frame and push plate in the GA Shop.The differences and characteristics of body platform positioning between Volkswagen Group's MQB fuel vehicle platform and MEB BEV platform are analyzed.A simple and reliable body positioning solution is proposed to achieve efficient mixed production of fuel vehicles and BEV in the Body Shop,Painting Shop,and GA Shop.The proposed solution not only significantly reduces the investment in production line transformation and shortens the transformation time,but also improves the equipment utilization rate of the main line,and decreases operating costs.The solution presented is also a green and low-carbon scheme.
