摘　　要：古林箐裸趾虎(Cyrtodactylus gulinqingensis Liu,Li,Hou,Orlov,and Ananjeva,2021)和河口裸趾虎(C.hekouensis Zhang,Liu,Bernstein,Wang,and Yuan,2021)几乎同时被描述发表,且模式产地距离很近。这两个物种的形态特征非常相似,但由于没有同源基因序列可以比较,它们到底是否为同一物种一直未能得到证实。本研究获得了这两个物种模式标本的COI基因片段序列,通过系统发育分析及遗传距离计算,再结合形态特征比较,证实古林箐裸趾虎与河口裸趾虎为同一物种,古林箐裸趾虎具有命名优先权,因此本研究确认河口裸趾虎是古林箐裸趾虎的次定同物异名。Cyrtodactylus gulinqingensis Liu,Li,Hou,Orlov,and Ananjeva,2021 and C.hekouensis Zhang,Liu,Bern⁃stein,Wang,and Yuan,2021 were described almost simultaneously,and their type localities were not far from each other.The two species show a strong morphological resemblance,yet no homologous gene sequences were available for com⁃parison,and it has not been confirmed that they are the same species.To resolve this taxonomic issue,we obtained the sequences of COI gene fragments from the type specimens of these two species.Through phylogenetic analysis,genetic distance calculation,and morphological comparison,it was proved that C.gulinqingensis and C.hekouensis were the same species.We confirmed that C.hekouensis is a junior synonym of C.gulinqingensis because of nomenclature priority.
