摘 要:公路作为一种重要的交通基础设施,在人类社会活动中被广泛使用,承担着公众出行和物资流通的重任。然而,由于全球变暖导致的极端天气频繁发生,尤其是汛期暴雨引发的公路水毁已成为制约社会运转和经济发展的重要因素。通过调查整理北京西部山区有关水文、气象、地质3个方面的孕灾环境资料,发现河流洪水设防标准低、降雨强度大、地质灾害物源集中是“23·7”公路水毁灾害的重要诱因。通过对公路水毁现场的实地踏勘,根据水毁发生位置和水毁结构物的不同,将公路水毁划分为路基及防护结构水毁、路面水毁、排水设施水毁、桥梁水毁、交安设施水毁5种类型,并分析了相关结构物的水毁成因,提出了完善路网规划、优化路线走向、改进设计方案、优选筑路材料、提升养护管理水平的综合防治措施。Being an important transportation infrastructure,highway has been widely used in human social activities and borne the responsibility of public transportation and material circulation.However,due to the frequent occurrence of extreme weather caused by global warming,especially the highway flood caused by rainstorm in flood season,high flood damage has become an important factor restricting social operation and economic development.Through the investigation of hydrology,meteorology and geology in the western mountain area of Beijing,three important causes of the highway flood damage of"23.7"are found,which are low flood fortification standard,high rainfall intensity and concentrated geological disaster source.According to the different locations of flood damage and the flood damage structures,the highway flood damage can be divided into five types of subgrade and protective structure flood damage,road surface flood damage,drainage facilities flood damage,bridge flood damage and traffic safety facilities flood damage.In this paper,the causes of flood damage of related structures are analyzed.In addition,the comprehensive prevention and control measures are put forward to improve the road network planning,optimize the route direction,advance the design scheme,prefer the road construction materials,and enhance the level of highway maintenance and management.
