摘 要:针对城镇污水处理厂污泥有机质含量高、脱水困难的现状,该研究采用二价铁(Fe^(2+))活化过硫酸钾调理污泥来提高污泥的脱水效果,研究了Fe^(2+)投加量、过硫酸钾/Fe^(2+)摩尔比、pH、搅拌速度和反应时间对污泥脱水性能的影响,并探索了Fe^(2+)活化过硫酸钾破解污泥的机理。研究结果表明:Fe^(2+)活化过硫酸钾可明显改善污泥脱水性能,脱水后污泥的含水率由调理前的87.32%降至调理后的80%左右;上述考察因素对污泥脱水效果均有一定影响,尤其是Fe^(2+)投加量为60 mg/g DS,采用过硫酸钾/Fe^(2+)摩尔比为1.4,pH为中性或酸性范围时,活化和破解的效果最好,脱水后污泥含水率为76%^78%;调理后污泥胞外聚合物(EPS)中多糖和蛋白质含量的分析表明,Fe^(2+)活化过硫酸钾产生的SO_(4)^(-·)使部分紧密型EPS(TB-EPS)转化为松散型EPS(LB-EPS)和溶解型EPS(SL-EPS),促进了结合水的释放,有利于污泥脱水。Aiming at the issues of high organic matter content and difficult dewatering of sludge in urban sewage treatment plants,ferrous iron(Fe2t)activated potassium persulfate conditioned sludge was used to improve the dewatering effect of sludge in this study.The effects of Fe^(2+)dosage,molar ratio of potassium persulfate/Fe^(2+),pH,stirring speed and reaction time on sludge dewatering were studied,and the mechanism of Fe^(2+)activated potassium persulfate cracking sludge was explored.The results showed that Fe^(2+) activated potassium persulfate could significantly improve the sludge dewatering.After dewatering,the moisture content of sludge could decrease from 87.32%to about 80%before and after conditioning;The above factors had a certain influence on the sludge dewatering effect.Especially when the Fe^(2+) dosage was 60 mg/g DS,the molar ratio of potassium persulfate/Fe^(2+)was 1.4,and the pH was in the neutral or acidic range,the activation and cracking effect was the best.And the moisture content of the sludge after dewatering was about 76%~78%;The analysis of polysaccharide and protein content in extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)showed that the SO_(4)^(-·)activated by Fe^(2+)activated potassium persulfate converted part of tightly bound EPS(TB-EPS)into loosely bound EPS(LB-EPS)and soluble EPS(SL-EPS),which promoted the release of bound water and was conducive to sludge dewatering.
