新疆工业辣椒产业面临的问题与发展建议

摘　　要：工业辣椒是指专门用于工业加工和应用的辣椒品种,适用于各种工业用途。新疆是我国工业辣椒的主要产地之一。通过对新疆工业辣椒产业的现状和面临问题进行分析,对樟树港辣椒等成功案例进行经验总结,从加强种质资源挖掘、提升育种效率、提高栽培技术、增加机械化应用、整合产业链、建设示范基地、创建产业品牌拓展市场、优化政策扶持营商环境等方面提出了促进新疆工业辣椒产业发展的相应对策,以期推动新疆工业辣椒产业实现高质量发展,减少对国外进口的依赖。Industrial chili refers to chili varieties specifically cultivated for industrial processing and applications,and various industrial uses.Xinjiang is one of the major production areas of industrial chili in China.This paper analyzed the current state and challenges that the industrial chili industry is facing in Xinjiang,summarized experiences from successful cases such as ZhangShugGang chili,and proposed strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing the development of Xinjiang's industrial chili industry.These recommendations included strengthening the exploration of germplasm resources,improving breeding efficiency,enhancing cultivation techniques,increasing the application of mechanization,integrating the industrial chain,building demonstration bases,establishing industrial brands to expand markets,and optimizing policy support to improve the business environment.The goal of these strategies is to promote the high-quality development of industrial chili industry in Xinjiang and reduce the dependence on foreign imports.
