摘  要:针对某减速器内部激励引起的振动噪声问题,通过Romax Designer软件建立了刚柔耦合动力学模型;对双联齿轮减速器运用遗传算法进行齿轮修形最优值求解,把求解最优值修形参数代入模型中进行接触分析,以降低传动误差。对比优化前后仿真结果发现,传动误差值、最大接触应力、单位长度载荷分布与峰值、轮齿齿根冯氏应力、模态柔度、能量、表面加速度以及声压值均发生了不同程度的降低,有效地降低了传动系统内部激励引起的振动噪声,提高了系统的寿命和传动的平稳性。Aiming at the vibration and noise problems caused by the internal excitation of the transmission system in a specific electric drive system,a dynamic model was established by Romax Designer software.In order to reduce the transmission error,genetic algorithm was used to solve the gear modification optimal value of the double gear reducer,and the modification parameters are put into the model for contact analysis.Compared with multiple simulation results before and after optimization,it is found that the transmission error value,maximum contact stress,load distribution and peak value per unit length,Fung stress of gear tooth root,modal flexibility,energy,surface acceleration and sound pressure value before and after modification are reduced to varying degrees,which effectively reduces the vibration and noise caused by internal excitation of the transmission system,and improves the life of the system and the stability of transmission.
