摘　　要：虎口位置暗坑缺陷是翼子板典型的面品缺陷,解决困难且整改优化周期长,是各大车企攻克的重点与难点问题之一。介绍了虎口暗坑形成的原因,并给出解决措施,消除缺陷,保证制件质量满足生产要求。Surface pit defects are typical surface defects of fenders,which are difficult to eliminate and have a long rectification and optimization cycle,which is one of the key and difficult problems to be overcome by major car companies.This article introduces the reasons for the formation of the pit defects,and gives solutions to eliminate defects and ensure that the quality of the parts meets the production requirements.
