摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,伴随着我国铸造行业的突飞猛进发展,我国已成为一个铸造大国,铸件的年产量逐步多于其他发达国家铸件产量的总和,占到了全球铸件产量的1/3,而且随着工业技术的不断发展,对铸件质量和精度的要求越来越高,其中覆膜砂铸造作为一种先进的铸造工艺,以其高精度、高质量的特点,逐渐受到广泛关注。Since entering the 2lst century,with the rapid development of China's casting industry,China has become a major casting country.The annual production of castings has gradually exceeded the total production of developed countries such as the United States,Japan,the United Kingdom,France,and Germany,accounting for one-third of the global casting production.Moreover,with the continuous development of industrial technology,the requirements for casting quality and accuracy are becoming higher and higher.Among them,coated sand casting,as an advanced casting process,has gradually received widespread attention due to its high precision and quality characteristics.
