摘　　要：压光辊是造纸机械中重要的传动部件,其表面质量直接影响纸张的质量和印刷效果。冷硬铸铁是制造压光辊的常用材料,具有较高的硬度、强度和耐磨性,但其加工难度较大。车削加工是制造冷硬铸铁压光辊的重要工艺之一,其加工质量直接影响压光辊的性能和使用寿命。因此,研究了基于造纸机械的冷硬铸铁压光辊车削加工工艺。Press light roller is an important transmission part in papermaking machinery,and its surface quality directly affects the quality and printing effect of paper.Cold hard cast iron is a common material for manufacturing pressing roller,which has high hardness,strength and wear resistance,but it is difficult to process.Turning processing is one of the important processes of manufacturing cold hard cast iron pressing roller,and its processing quality directly affects the performance and service life of pressing roller.Therefore,this paper studies the turning process of cold hard cast iron pressed roller based on papermaking machine.
