摘  要:5轴联动切削运动要比普通3轴数控铣床复杂,它释放了刀具相对工件的转动自由度,且更容易遇到刀具干涉问题的。为减少零部件试切,检验数控工艺合理性,因此,复杂零件5轴联动铣削加工前,有必要对其加工过程进行虚拟仿真。为此,本项目首先对5轴数控转动自由度原理进行了详细分析,并基于VERICUT设计一台虚拟仿真5轴数控铣床。然后以一个典型空间曲面零件作为虚拟仿真加工任务,来验证5轴联动数控加工工艺的合理性和正确性。The five-axis linkage cutting motion is more complex than the ordinary three-axis CNC milling,which releases the rotational freedom of the tool relative to the workpiece,and is more likely to encounter the problem of tool interference.In order to reduce the cost of trial cutting of parts and test the rationality of NC code,it is necessary to carry out virtual simulation of the processing process before the five-axis linkage milling of complex parts.So,at first this project provides a detailed analysis of the principle of five axis CNC rotational degrees of freedom.Then a virtual simulation five-axis CNC milling machine tool is designed based on VERICUT.Finally,a typical space surface part is used as a virtual simulation machining task to verify the rationality and correctness of the five-axis linkage CNC machining process.
