摘　　要：轴承圈数字化检测线数据管理系统设计以LabVIEW为基础,包括状态监测、数据监测、过程控制和结果显示界面。利用串口通信技术实现数据采集,通过数据采集程序提取、处理数据,并在可视化界面展示。系统经过验证,状态监测界面清晰反映设备状态,数据监测界面实现数据采集与显示功能。设计的系统稳定、准确、功能完善,能有效支持轴承圈的数字化检测任务,为相关工作提供可靠的数据管理和处理手段。The design of a digital detection line data management system for bearing rings is based on LabVIEW,including status monitoring,data monitoring,process control,and result display interface.Using serial communication technology to achieve data collection,extracting and processing data through a data collection program,and displaying it on a visual interface.The system has been validated and the status monitoring interface clearly reflects the device status.The data monitoring interface realizes data collection and display functions.The designed system is stable,accurate,and fully functional,which can effectively support the digital detection task of bearing rings and provide reliable data management and processing methods for related work.
