摘  要:在制造业的各个领域中,双环扣的应用非常普遍。在其生产过程中,准确的定位和加工方式对确保产品质量和提高生产效率十分重要。针对这一问题,提出并改进了一套基于液压变矩器的双向紧固钻孔装置。通过巧妙的工程布局和结构优化,使液压变矩器的双向固定结构得到了增强,同时双环形夹持构件经过优化设计,大大提高了整个工作装备的稳定性和可靠性。The application of double loop fasteners is very common in various fields of manufacturing.Accurate positioning and processing methods are crucial in ensuring product quality and improving production efficiency during its production process.In response to this issue,this article proposes and improves a bidirectional tightening drilling device based on a hydraulic torque converter.Through clever engineering layout and structural optimization,the bidirectional fixed structure of the hydraulic torque converter has been enhanced,and the double ring clamping component has been optimized,greatly improving the stability and reliability of the entire working equipment.
