摘　　要：压铸生产是制造高精度、高质量零部件的重要工艺,但压铸件质量受到各种外部因素的影响,包括原材料、设备、工艺参数等。通过对压铸生产中外部因素对压铸件质量的影响进行研究,并提出相应的应对思路。经过实践证明,外部因素对压铸件质量有着重要影响。通过选择合适的原材料供应商,定期维护设备,优化工艺参数,能有效应对这些外部因素,并提高压铸件的质量。对压铸生产企业提高产品质量具有一定的参考价值。Die casting production is an important process for manufacturing high-precision and high-quality parts,but the quality of die casting parts is affected by various external factors,including raw materials,equipment,process parameters,etc.In this paper,the influence of external factors on the quality of die castings in die casting production is studied,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.It has been proven in practice that external factors have an important impact on the quality of die castings.By selecting the right supplier of raw materials,regularly maintaining the equipment,and optimizing the process parameters,you can effectively cope with these external factors and improve the quality of your die castings.This study has a certain reference value for die casting production enterprises to improve product quality.
