摘  要:随着现代城市配电网分布式电源与先进制造业的快速增长,电压暂降作为不可避免的暂态扰动事件,已成为配电网最关注的电能质量问题,评估配电网不同节点电压暂降水平对电压暂降差异化防治具有重要意义。故障分析是电压暂降评估的核心,有源配电网故障特性的质变使得基于传统配电网故障分析的电压暂降评估方法不再适用,有源配电网电压暂降评估将面临新的挑战。首先,总结了传统配电网电压暂降评估方法的研究现状,归纳了常用方法的适用场景和优缺点;其次,分别从分布式电源的低电压穿越控制策略、动态出力、并网状态、计算效率等方面讨论了有源配电网中新能源机组对电压暂降评估的影响;最后,对有源配电网电压暂降评估方法未来迫切需要突破的研究方向进行了梳理和展望。With the rapid growth of distributed power supply and advanced manufacturing industry in modern urban distribution networks,voltage sag,as an inevitable transient disturbance event,has become the most concerned power quality problem in distribution networks.Fault analysis is the core of voltage sag evaluation.The qualitative change of fault characteristics of active distribution networks makes the voltage sag assessment method based on traditional fault analysis of distribution networks no longer applicable,which may face new challenges.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of traditional voltage sag assessment methods and the application scenarios and advantages and disadvantages of common methods.Secondly,the influence of new energy units on voltage sag assessment is discussed from the aspects of low voltage ride through control strategy,dynamic output,gridconnected state and calculation efficiency of distributed power supply.Finally,the research direction of voltage sag assessment method in active distribution network is reviewed and prospected.
