摘 要:随着“双碳”政策的驱动和新型电力系统建设的推进,新能源发电在配电系统中的占比进一步提高。配电系统由传统的单纯接受、分配电能转变为源网荷储灵活互动的新型配电系统,其复杂程度的提升使得系统对灵活性的需要日益增加。在此背景下,首先从源网荷储等方面介绍了新型配电系统的特征变化和所面临的灵活性挑战;其次,从物理、技术和市场3个层面论述了新型配电系统中灵活性资源参与灵活性提升的机理;然后,从运行灵活性和网架灵活性2个方面,对现阶段新型配电系统灵活性指标进行归纳;最后,对新型配电系统灵活性的发展方向提出展望。Driven by the"double carbon"policy and the advancement of new power systems,the proportion of renewable energy generation in distribution systems has reached new heights.The traditional distribution system,which solely received and distributed electrical energy,has transformed into a new distribution system characterized by flexible interaction among generation-gridload-storage.This increased complexity has heightened the need for system flexibility.In this context.this paper first introduces the characteristic changes and flexibility challenges of new distribution systems from the perspectives of sources,grids,loads,and storage.Then,it discusses the mechanisms by which flexibility resources participate in enhancing flexibility from physical,technical,and market perspectives.Furthermore,it summarizes the current flexibility indexes of new distribution systems in terms of operational flexibility and grid flexibility.Finally,it offers an outlook on the development prospects for the flexibility of new distribution systems.
