摘 要:近年来,严重自然灾害、恶意攻击等极端事件日益频繁发生,严重威胁我国城市分区电网的安全运行。在失去外部电力供应的极端场景下,城市分区电网通过离网控制或故障恢复可进入孤岛状态运行,对于保障关键负荷的不间断供电和电网快速恢复具有重要意义。首先,概述了我国城市电网分区运行的基本结构及孤岛运行场景;然后,深入探讨了支撑城市分区电网孤岛运行的韧性提升技术所面临的挑战,并综述了已有文献在离网控制和故障恢复方面的研究进展;最后,对城市分区电网韧性提升的基础理论、关键技术和示范应用前景进行了展望。In recent years,extreme events such as serious natural disasters and malicious attacks have become increasingly frequent,seriously threatening the safe operation of urban partitioned power grids in China.In extreme scenarios where the external power supply is lost,the urban partitioned power grids can enter the islanded operation state through islanding control or transmissiondistribution coordinated restoration,which is of great significance for ensuring the uninterrupted power supply of key loads and the rapid recovery of the power grid.Firstly,this paper outlines the basic structure of urban power grid partitioned operation in China and the islanded operation scenarios.Secondly,the challenges faced by the resilience improvement technology supporting the islanded operation of urban partitioned power grids are discussed in depth,and the research progresses of the existing literature in islanding control and service restoration are reviewed.Finally,the basic theory,key technology and demonstration application prospect of urban partitioned power grids resilience improvement are prospected.
