摘 要:构建含高比例新能源的新型电力系统,是能源电力行业服务碳达峰、碳中和的重要责任和使命。伴随电力市场建设快速推进,全国统一电力市场体系加快构建,适应电力市场环境的主动发展是储能行业良性竞争、发展的必由之路,也是目前储能行业正在积极探索的方向。储能技术的应用成本目前仍然较高,优化规划、协同控制是合理、经济地利用好储能的关键技术。首先汇总了不同电力市场环境下的储能规划方法;然后分析了不同市场环境下的储能控制策略;最后面向“双碳”目标和全国电力市场场景,对储能规划、控制技术未来的研究方向进行了展望。Building a new power system with a high proportion of new energy is an important responsibility and mission for the energy and power industry to serve carbon peak and carbon neutrality.With the rapid advancement of electricity market construction,the construction of a unified national electricity market system is accelerating.The proactive development that adapts to the electricity market environment is a necessary path for the healthy competition and development of the energy storage industry.It is also a direction that the energy storage industry is actively exploring at present.At present,the application cost of energy storage is still relatively high.Optimizing planning and collaborative control are key technologies for effectively and economically utilizing energy storage.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research progress on planning methods and control strategies for energy storage in the current electricity market environment.Then,based on the dual carbon target and the national electricity market scenario,the future research directions of energy storage planning and control technology were discussed.
