摘  要:为了提升工业企业供电性能,指出实现高可靠供电和不间断供电的路径。分析了自然过零和强制过零的斥力机构机械快速开关的性能,基于快速机械开关的研发,阐述了双速自然过零开关(SS1)、双速强制过零开关(SS2)、双速三防柜(SS1XL)、双速无损限峰限流器(SS2XFXL)和超高速柔性切换装置(SS1QH)的组成、工作原理和性能指标。分析了无延时继电保护配合技术和不停电单相接地故障快速处置技术的基本原理,给出了工业企业高可靠不间断供电的系统解决方案,能够将因相间短路故障、单相接地故障和电压暂降等原因造成的供电中断时间缩短到20 ms以内。In order to improve the performance of power supplying for industrial enterprises,the approaches to high reliable and uninterrupted power supplying are pointed out.The performance of natural zero-current tripping and forced zero-current tripping based on repulsive mechanism switches are analyzed.The composition,basic principal and performance of some devices based on high speed mechanic switches are propose,such as,double speed natural zero-current tripping switches(SS1),double speed forced zero-current tripping switches(SS2),loss-less current limiter(SS1XL),loss-less current peak limiter(SS2XFXL)and high speed flexible switching devices(SS1QH).The basic principle of coordination of relay protection without time delay and single phase grounding treatment without outage are also described.A systematic solution to guarantee the uninterrupted high reliable power supplying for industrial enterprise is put forward,with which,the interrupted period due to short-circuit,single phase grounding and voltage sag may be reduced to no more than 20 ms.
