摘　　要：天然气长输管道的建设与社会进步、人民生活密切相关。为了保证长输管道建设项目的顺利开展及实施,前期投资估算水平及准确性对项目决策有至关重要的作用。但由于长输管道输送距离长、跨越行政区域多、所处地域复杂性较高等特点,导致投资控制比较困难,越来越多的项目出现超投资的情况。针对以上问题,文章对天然气长输管道投资估算中的重点、难点进行了分析,并结合具体项目提出了解决措施。The construction of natural gas long-distance pipelines is closely related to social progress and people’s lives.In order to ensure the smooth progress and implementation of long-distance pipeline construction projects,the level and accuracy of initial investment estimation play a crucial role in project decision-making.However,due to the long transportation distance,multiple administrative regions and high regional complexity of long-distance pipelines,investment control is relatively difficult,and more and more projects are experiencing situations of exceeding investment.In response to the above issues,the article analyzes the key and difficult points in investment estimation of natural gas long-distance pipelines,and proposes solutions based on specific projects.
