摘　　要：企业思想政治工作是党的思想政治工作的重要组成部分,既是油田基层现代企业管理的主要环节,也是做好油田工作的重要保证,做好一人一事的思想政治工作十分重要。基层党组织要不断加强思想引导、思想沟通,及时掌握员工思想动态,本着以爱护员工、关心员工为出发点,时刻牢记员工思想问题是人民内部矛盾问题,通过讲感情、讲方法,借助思想教育载体、平台,动员多方力量齐心合力的方式,引导员工积极解决问题,以积极的姿态投入企业高质量发展中。Enterprise ideological and political work is an important component of the Party’s ideological and political work,which is not only the main link of modern enterprise management at the grassroots in oilfields,but also an important guarantee for doing well in oilfield work.It is very important to do a good job in ideological and political work for one person,one matter.The grassroots Party organization should continuously strengthen ideological guidance and communication,timely grasp the ideological dynamics of employees,take caring for employees as the starting point,always remember that employee ideological problems are internal contradictions among the people,by talking about emotions and methods,using ideological education carriers and platforms,mobilizing multiple forces to work together to guide employees to actively solve problems,and invest in high-quality development of the enterprise with a positive attitude.
