新时代开展油田基层党建工作的思考

摘　　要：油田基层党建工作是企业党组织建设的重要组成部分,加强基层党建工作是油田企业改革发展的必然要求。通过建立健全的组织体系,能够增强企业的组织力量和凝聚力,通过思想教育、组织引领和党员示范带头作用,可以提高员工的积极性和责任感,推动企业各项工作的顺利开展和高质量发展。据此,文章分析了当前油田基层党建工作存在的问题和面临的挑战,阐述了新时代开展油田企业基层党建工作的对策。The grassroots Party building is an important part of the enterprise Party organization building.Strengthening the grassroots Party building is an inevitable requirement for the reform and development of oilfield enterprises.Through the establishment of a sound organizational system,it can enhance the organizational strength and cohesion of the enterprise,and through ideological education,organizational guidance and the exemplary leading role of the Party members,it can improve the enthusiasm and responsibility of employees,and promotes the smooth development of the work and high-quality development of the enterprise.Based on this,the paper analyzes the existing problems and challenges of the current oilfield grassroots Party building work,and expounds the countermeasures of developing the oilfield enterprise grassroots Party building work in the new era.
