盐分胁迫对多根葱种子萌发和生长的影响

摘  要:文章以克氏针茅典型草原的多根葱种子为研究对象,采用纸上发芽法,为比较等渗的NaCl溶液模拟的盐分胁迫条件对多根葱(Allium polyrhizum Turcz.Ex Regel)种子发芽过程的影响,选取长势大小相同的多根葱种子进行萌发培养,研究了0、50、100、150、200、250 mmol/L NaCl模拟的不同梯度盐分胁迫对多根葱生长发育的影响,包括对多根葱种子发芽率和发芽势等的影响,并统计种子发芽率及胚根胚芽长度等指标。结果表明:总体来看,盐分胁迫会抑制多根葱幼苗生长,且盐分胁迫程度越大,对多根葱幼苗生长的抑制作用越明显,但轻度的NaCl胁迫可提高多根葱种子的发芽率、发芽指数,促进种子的萌发。Taking the seeds of Allium Polyrhizum Turcz.Ex Regel from typical steppe of stipa krylovii as the research object,the paper germination method was used,to compare the effects of salt stress simulated by isotonic NaCl solution on the germination of Allium polyrhizum Turcz.Ex Regel seeds.In this paper,Allium polyrhizum Turcz.Ex Regel seeds with the same growth size were selected for germination and culture,the effects of different gradient salt stress simulated by 0,50,100,150,200,250 mmol/L NaCl on the growth and development of Allium polyrhizum Turcz.Ex Regel were studied,including the effects on germination rate and germination energy of Allium polyrhizum Turcz.Ex Regel seeds,and the germination rate and the length of radicle and embryo were calculated.The results showed that,in general,salt stress inhibited the growth of Allium polyrhizum Turcz.Ex Regel seedings,and the more salt stress,the more significant the inhibition on the growth of Allium Polyrhizum Turcz.Ex Regel seedings,but slight NaCl stress can improve the germination rate and germination index of Allium polyrhizum Turcz.Ex Regel seeds,and promote the germination of the seeds.
