上海某制罐企业职业病危害现状分析

摘  要:为分析某制罐企业职业病危害因素的危害程度及对作业人员健康的影响,并为制定防治措施提供科学依据,通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测,结合职业病防护设施、职业健康检查资料,对该企业职业病危害现状进行分析。结果显示,各化学有害因素检测结果均符合要求,噪声检测结果合格率为21.4%,高温检测结果均超标,职业健康检查结果出现复查听力、血常规的人员,现有噪声和高温防护措施不能满足要求。噪声、高温对制罐企业工人产生的职业健康影响较重,应密切关注噪声和高温联合作用对工人健康的影响,制定切实可行的综合防控措施,以有效保障作业人员在生产过程中的身体健康。In order to analyze the degree of occupational hazard factors and their impact on the health of workers in a can-making enterprise,and to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures,the present situation of occupational disease hazard of the enterprise was analyzed through occupational health field investigation,occupational disease hazard factors detection,occupational disease prevention facilities and occupational health inspection data.The results showed that the detection results of all chemical harmful factors met the requirements,the qualified rate of noise detection results was 21.4%,the high temperature detection results exceeded the standard,and the occupational health examination results showed the personnel who reviewed the hearing and blood routine,the existing noise and high temperature protection measures could not meet the requirements.Noise and high temperature have a serious impact on the occupational health of workers in can-making enterprises.The impact of noise and high temperature on the health of workers should be paid close attention to,and feasible comprehensive prevention and control measures should be formulated to effectively protect the health of workers in the production process.
