摘  要:在国家可持续发展和生态文明建设背景及“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念下,化学农药在减少作物损失及抑制有害生物的蔓延、改善土壤环境方面起到重要作用。碘甲磺隆钠盐是一种通过抑制乙酰乳酸合成酶起作用的磺酰脲类除草剂,主要适用于小麦作物,由于其高效低毒且对环境友好因而具有广泛的应用前景。文章阐述了碘甲磺隆基本物化性质、作用机理及其合成工艺路线,通过对比选取最优合成路线来指导碘甲磺隆产业化生产。Under the background of national sustainable development and ecological civilization construction and the concept that“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”,chemical pesticides play an important role in reducing crop losses,controlling the spread of harmful organisms and improving soil environment.Iodosulfuron-methyl sodium is a sulfonylurea herbicide that acts by inhibiting acetolactate synthase.It is mainly suitable for wheat crops,and has a wide application prospect because of its high efficiency,low toxicity and environmental friendliness.In this paper,the basic physicochemical properties,mechanism of action and synthetic route of iodosulfuron-methyl are described.The optimal synthetic route is selected to guide the industrial production of iodosulfuron-methyl.
