摘　　要：斑蝥素(cantharidin)是斑蝥(Mylabrisphalerata Pallas)分泌的一种萜类化合物,在多种癌症中都有明显的抑制癌细胞生长、增殖和迁移的作用。斑蝥素抗癌的作用机制涉及诱导细胞周期停滞和调亡、抑制自噬、增强DNA损伤、抑制DNA修复、调控多种细胞信号通路等方面。本文针对斑蝥素及其衍生物在多种常见癌症中的作用机制和研究进展进行综述,以期寻找斑蝥素在癌症治疗中的新靶点,为抗癌领域的临床研究提供新的方向。Cantharidin is a terpenoid compound secreted by Mylabrisphalerata Pallas.In a variety of cancer types,cantharidin has shown the effects of inhibiting cancer cell growth,proliferation and migration.The anticancer mechanism of cantharidin involves inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis,inhibiting autophagy,enhancing DNA damage,inhibiting DNA repair,and regulating various cell signaling pathways.This article reviews the mechanism and research progress of cantharidin and its derivatives in common cancer types,in order to identify novel targets of cancer treatment using cantharidin,and provide new direction for clinical research to improve anticancer therapy.
