摘 要:老旧小区由于服役年限日久,其结构和材料强度不可避免地出现强度降低等问题,导致老旧结构抗震性能降低,对居民生命财产安全造成不利影响。针对这一问题,对包括砌体结构、框架结构、框剪结构等老旧小区常见结构形式的抗震加固措施展开研究,并结合广州市旧改项目为例,深入分析不同加固方式对不同结构形式老旧结构抗震性能提升的作用和效果,为推动我国老旧小区改造和品质提升提供依据和借鉴。Due to the long service life of the old residential district,its structure and material strength inevitably undergo,resulting in the reduction of the seismic performance of the old structure,which adversely affects the safety of the residents lives and properties.In order to address this problem,the seismic strengthening measures of common structural forms of old residential districts,including masonry structure,frame structure,frame-shear wall structure,etc.,are studied,and combined with the renovation project in Guangzhou as an example,the role and effect of different strengthening methods on the seismic performance of old structures with different structural forms are analyzed in depth,so as to provide a basis for promoting the renovation of old residential districts in China and to provide a reference for the improvement ofthe quality of old residential districts in the country.
