摘  要:为了提升涤纶的可纺性,减少毛丝,以巴马格FK6-1000型加弹机工艺为例,通过改变特定工艺参数、机器配件,详细探讨加弹生产工艺过程中加工速度、D/Y等条件对织物的影响。通过对比发现,加工速度增加时染色性能先提升后下降,毛丝随之增多;D/Y提升,加工张力降低,毛丝减少,利于织造,但继续增大则不利于稳定生产;同时为了方便织造,保持织物稳定性,需选择适当的网络气压与合适的网络喷嘴;摩擦盘的组合与材质对于织造也有一定影响。因此,选择适合的工艺参数、机器配件,在一定程度上可以提升纤维的可纺性。In order to improve the spinnability of polyester fibers and reduce fuzz,the Barmag FK6-1000 spandex machine process was taken as an example,and the effects of processing speed,D/Y,and other conditions on fabrics during the spandex production process by changing specific process parameters and machine accessories were explored in detail.Through comparison,it is found that with the increase of processing speed,the dyeing performance first increases and then decreases,and the amount of fuzz increases.With the increase of D/Y,the processing tension is reduced and the fuzz is reduced,which is beneficial for weaving,but it is not conducive to stable production if it continues to increase.At the same time,in order to facilitate weaving and maintain the stability of the fabric,it is necessary to choose the appropriate network air pressure and the appropriate network nozzle.The combination and material of the friction twist discs also have a certain effect on weaving.Therefore,selecting the suitable process parameters and machine accessories can improve the spinnability of the fiber to a certain extent.
