摘　　要：采用大有光230 dtex/288 f聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)预取向丝(POY)为原料,制得全消光147 dtex/288 f PET拉伸变形丝(DTY),考察了加工工艺条件对纤维性能的影响,利用纤维强伸度仪、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪等对纤维的力学性能、外观形貌、热性能等进行了表征。结果表明:研制的全消光PET DTY具有良好的异形截面形状和消光性能。Using 230 dtex/288 f terephthalic acid polyethylene terephthalate(PET)pre-oriented yarn(POY)as raw materials,the 147 dtex/288 f full-dull PET draw texturing yarn(DTY)is prepared.The effect of pro-cessing conditions on fiber properties was investigated.The mechanical properties,morphology,and ther-mal properties of the fibers were characterized by fiber strength and elongation tester,scanning electron mi-croscope,and differential scanning calorimeter.The results show that the full-dull PET DTY has good pro-file and extinction properties.
