耐热抗蠕变UHMWPE纤维的结构与性能研究

摘  要:采用广角X射线衍射、小角X射线散射、透射电子显微镜以及固体核磁等手段对采用紫外交联技术制得的耐热抗蠕变超高分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维的结构与性能展开系统研究,结果表明耐热抗蠕变UHMWPE纤维兼具高交联、高结晶、高取向三大特性。对比未交联UHMWPE纤维,耐热抗蠕变UHMWPE纤维的晶态结构、熔点及热分解温度基本无变化,而热断裂温度和强度保持率有显著提高,蠕变伸长率大幅下降,表明通过紫外交联可高效提升纤维的耐热抗蠕变性能。The structure and properties of heat and creep resistant ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber prepared by UV cross-linking technology were systematically studied by means of wide angle X-ray diffraction,small angle X-ray scattering,transmission electron microscopy and solid state nuclear magnetic field.The results show that UHMWPE fiber has three characteristics:high crosslinking,high crystallization and high orientation.Compared with uncrosslinked UHMWPE fiber,the crystal structure,melting point and thermal decomposition temperature of UHMWPE fiber have no change,but the thermal fracture temperature and strength retention rate are significantly increased,and the creep elongation is significantly decreased,which indicates that the heat resistance and creep resistance of the fiber can be effectively improved by using UV cross-linking.
