高性能聚丙烯腈基碳纤维原丝的制备工艺研究

摘  要:原丝的质量与碳纤维品质息息相关,高性能原丝才能制备出高性能碳纤维。采用均相溶液聚合工艺,通过丙烯腈单体与丙烯酸甲酯、衣康酸在二甲基亚砜溶剂中进行三元自由基共聚反应,确定了最佳的聚合工艺参数,合成了纺丝性能较好的纺丝溶液;并对聚丙烯腈基碳纤维原丝的纺丝工艺进行了系统探讨。试验表明,湿法纺丝工艺下,采用一定凝固负牵伸比,适当的热水牵伸倍数,110~140℃梯级干燥致密化工艺,并对纤维进行较高牵伸倍数的蒸汽热牵伸,最终可制备出较高强度和模量的聚丙烯腈基碳纤维原丝。The quality of precursors is closely related to the quality of carbon fiber,and only high performance precursors can produce high performance carbon fiber.By using the homogeneous solution polymerization process,acrylonitrile monomer was copolymerized with methyl acrylate and itaconic acid in dimethyl sulfoxide solvent,the optimum polymerization parameters were determined,and the spinning solution with good spinning properties was synthesized.The spinning process of polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber precursors was discussed systematically.The experimental results show that the polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber precursors with higher strength and modulus can be prepared by using a certain solidification negative stretch ratio,appropriate hot water stretch ratio,step drying densification process at 110~140℃,and high steam stretch ratio.
